Erdinç BABAT was born in 1977 in Alaşehir. He graduated from the Faculty of Education, Fine Arts department at Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir in 2002 and participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions. He worked in his own studio in Izmir until 2010 and he is now in Istanbul for the past seven years.

The natural flow and variability of daily life  inspire the starting points of the paintings. The phenomenon of movement, which is inevitable in life, turns into the language of painting with a structuralist approach, while the viewer is confronted with the unknown as well as the familiar, and repeats  the process of transformation with its new structure over and over, as if he was constantly questioning life.
