Hümeyra Cetinkaya

Hümeyra Çetinkaya was born in Malatya in 1977.

She has been painting since she was a child, winning first place in an inter-high school painting competition. 

 

She continued her studies and graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Architecture with honors. After graduating, she worked on many projects in the field of architecture.

 

During this period, she continued her painting in parallel. Wishing to advance her artistic skills, she worked on traditional Turkish motifs in the Nilüfer Kurufeyz illumination workshop and also art workshops held by Uğur Mine Tamay, Tijen Şikar, and Javad Soleimanpour, well-known artists.
